Next Fashion Retail

In the last year of my study, I did my graduation project for Next Fashion Retail. During my graduation project I did research, implemented my research in doing co-creations and created a solution to encourage customers to get to know more about sustainability and buy more sustainable clothing pieces.
I made a set of hangers in combination with a website. The hangers would be hanged in the clothing racks in between the clothing pieces and have stimulating questions on them with QR-codes. The QR-code will lead you to the website where you can find more information on sustainability.
After graduation, I continued working on the Next Fashion Retail project via New Designers. Together with New Designers, we created a holistic experience for the participating stores of the NFR project to research if the hangers and the website are helping the customers. The holistic experience existed out of a routing to the hangers, the hangers, stickers for in the fitting room and a giveaway for the customers in the store. Both the stickers and the giveaway lead to the NFR website.
